Future developments will expand its reach, incorporating various fleet managers and owners, thereby enhancing users' ability to identify suitable sailing positions.

 <li>A platform to report safety concerns, thereby enhancing working conditions across the fleet.</li>
 <li>Management of administrative tasks such as receiving pay slips and updating allotment details directly with Synergy’s support staff.</li>
 <li>An opportunity to submit innovative solutions for common maritime challenges.</li>
</ul>

This is the inaugural release of the application. User feedback—positive or critical—is invaluable for refining its functionality to better serve the international seafaring community.
